Accommodation:
Tranquility. We have selected traditional, spacious accommodation in a magical location. An experience between fjord, sky, and earth. Enjoy a 180-degree panoramic view of the Lofoten Islands with the Northern Lights. The little extra: a sauna and hot tub with a view await you.
You will stay in a twin or single room (or in a bubble!) and practice yoga with an unobstructed view of the wonderful landscapes.
Practice:
Estelle proposes a vinyasa yoga, her sequences are creative and fluid, almost dancing, to the rhythm of the breath. Body and mind in total harmony. We'll set off on an inner journey with powerful moments of letting go. Anja, a yoga teacher trained in shivananda, vinyasa, pranayama, meditation and Vedic philosophy, loves to pass on her knowledge of yoga, encourage body awareness and self-exploration through dynamic asana classes, mindful movement and guided meditation. Passionate about holistic well-being, she will guide you through each class, proposing personal adjustments adapted to each of you so that you can explore your physical capacities, your mental space and re-harmonise your energy centres.
