You will stay in a twin, double or dormitory room and practise yoga on the terrace overlooking nature. Practice:‍ Anja, a yoga teacher trained in shivananda, vinyasa, pranayama, meditation and Vedic philosophy, enjoys passing on her knowledge of yoga, encouraging body awareness and self-exploration through dynamic asana classes, mindful movement and guided meditation. She is passionate about holistic well-being and will guide you through each class, offering personal adjustments adapted to each of you so that you can explore your physical capacities, your mental space and re-harmonise your energy centres. Founder of the Stones Club brand and wellbeing expert, Morgane combines lithotherapy, numerology and the Tarot de Marseille in her work. Since 2020, she has been guiding and coaching people through her Stones Club brand to help them rediscover themselves. Her workshops, which combine personal development and the divinatory arts, offer unique moments of self-connection.Food:

"Choosing nutrient-rich food, grown with care, is a demonstration of respect for our being." Healthy, creative home cooking prepared by Sophia, Naturopathic chef. Infused spices and a profusion of herbs take pride of place, underlining the flavour of the raw ingredients and seasonal fruit and vegetables. Cooking is much more than simply preparing meals. It's an expression of creativity, a culinary and manual art that has a significant impact on our well-being in every way.
